There is a postc ard inside envelop dated Jul 92. "Harold, Thank you for the photo of your wife's "Flint Hills" painting-she has captured the classic shape of the escarpment. Cheers! HeatMoon" There is also another no te in the author's handwriting addressed to the owner, dated April 92. "Harold, I am delighted to have the material on Salmon Chase's time in Worthington, and I'm pleased you've included the Chase Cou nty Historical Society. Please pass my thanks to Bob McCormick also.
